Content: It's Guy Fawkes Night in the UK, and our residents Brits are itching to celebrate here and want to involve everybody.
Status: There's a complete scene, but I'd like to continue tagging with everybody. Make plans! Get excited! Do stuff! Also, see this thread for some backstory!

Julian answered the rapping on his door and saw the smiling faces of Meg and Jono. They said together, “Penny for the guy?” the way trick-or-treaters might chorus.

“...What?”

“We’re spreading the word about a Guy Fawkes Night bonfire!” Meg said.

“Isn’t that the thing from that V for Vendetta movie?” Josh said from his desk.

Content: A Halloween party is under way!
Status: Open, incomplete! Please feel free to tag into this for any part of the night, at any point of the band's concert, before or after the party, etc! Whatever you feel like, goes. But make sure you tell what costume your character is wearing!

On the night of the Halloween dance, the thirteenth incarnation of the Dazzler band was busy setting up their equipment as a few other students were putting up decorations in the gym. The band was there early to get ready and warm up.

Kevin was dressed like he almost always was - in jeans, a black hoodie with a black jacket over it, and his usual gloves. The only difference was that he carried slung over his shoulder a toy machine gun. (His Halloween costume.)

“What the bloody hell?” said Jono, whose own costume wasn’t particularly original or even well done. He was wearing just wearing a black costume piece with a white skeleton printed on it over his jeans. “What are you supposed to be?”

“Yeah, what are you?” Ali chimed in.

Setting: Out on the town!
Content: For their last day on their class trip, there's a group dinner
Status: Open and incomplete, and very flexible! Tag before, during, or after dinner. Or all three!

It's the morning of the last full day. Tomorrow morning, the group will be headed back to New York. Jono is sitting, contemplative, on the edge of his hotel bed, while Kevin is still snoring on the bed next to his, on a sheet of synthetic cloth carefully laid over the hotel linens.

Still barefoot and in his sweats, hair tousled in every direction, Jono slinks out into the hallway and knocks on a door a few down from his. Celeste, already dressed and her hair and makeup perfect, answers the door. "Will you deliver a message for me?" Jono asks pleasantly.

Attention, all students and staff of Xavier's, the Cuckoos project telepathically a few moments later. Please present yourselves in formal attire in the hotel lobby tonight at 6:30 pm for a group dinner. No exceptions! You have been requested to attend by Jonothan Starsmore, who promises to telepathically play the music of Sugar Kane into your mind the whole flight back if you skip.

Setting: The mansion.
Content: An open, free-for-all thread for all characters to talk about planning for their upcoming getaway to London (Jono's trip, which everyone else has appropriated for the whole school)
Status: Open and incomplete. Really, just talk about anything!

Jono was in the kitchen of the X-mansion, stocking up on snack foods for the plane ride, but it seemed to surprise Josh how little he was packing. "I'm going to pack for the plane," Jono explained, "and then buy food there. You didn't expect me to bring food to my hometown, did you? I have to eat what I can get over there!"

Meanwhile, some members of the staff were surveying the damage done to the west wing of the mansion during their recent attack by Kimura. "Oh well," Logan shrugged it off. "We'll bill it to the school, and anyway, most of the kids will be gone for the trip. Saves a lot of hassle not having people around for the construction."

Fortunately for the students, most of their living quarters hadn't been damaged, so they were able to pack their still-intact clothes and other necessities. As the days grew nearer to the trip, anticipation and excitement levels were rising.

"What's the deal with you and Gayle, now?" Josh asked Jono, as the two of the paused for a cookie break.

"Dunno," Jono answered with a shrug. "I mean... we'll see." He stuffed more cookies into his mouth and then said for an abrupt change in topic, "I wonder what everyone else is up to."

Characters: EVERYONE! Really. Jump right in.
Setting: The mansion.
Content: After talking with Ali and having an emo-regression (as she called it), Jono suddenly realized that he could not leave this situation with his ex-girlfriend unresolved anymore. He has to get this cleared up. So he goes and asks Josh to accompany him to London so that she might be healed, but before Jono can anticipate it, the vacationers begin to grow larger and larger in number...
Status: Open and incomplete. Please do tag in and make threads if you want your character to come along! Also note: Crystal has stated that there will be an appearance by an old enemy of Laura's... Currently, this trip to London is being "planned," and the actual trip will occur after the run-in with Kimura. Just getting the ball rolling!
