I'm going to try something different here, because I've seen it done before and it looked like a lot of fun and was super simple:

I'm going to post various locations and times of Julian's daily shenanigans to this entry in a bunch of comment threads. So if you want to throw your character at him, just comment under that time/place's thread. Multiple threads are not only allowed, but encouraged in any particular time frame.

I wrote the original comments in commentspam format just because it works better here, especially to start out. If you want to write your responses in prose, go ahead and I'll whistle your tune.

And if anyone wants to do this too or something like it for their characters, please don't hesitate!
