heh, that's gonna be my nickname for you from now on!

I talked to Ororo about food for the Hallowe'en party, and she agreed with me that we should have something a bit more substantial than just cookies and potato chips. Everyone is going to be so hopped up on sugar all night after trick or treating, so she'd like them to have some real food first.

She gave me some money, and I figured Hallowe'en morning I'd go to the bakery near the bookshop- they make these huge 3 foot long panini rolls. A bunch of them, stuffed with different fillings, and people can just hack off as much as they want. I'm also going to make soup. Yes, pumpkin soup. I could never figure out why Americans don't usually eat it, seeing as you have pumpkin-everything-else. Just tell the kids it's jack o'lantern soup and they'll love it. 
And don't worry, I'll also make cookies. Macadamia and white chocolate chip sound good?

I'll do the food prep in the afternoon, so I can get ready to go out about 5:30. I think I'm going to come trick or treating with you. Don't die of shock. And don't make fun, okay, I'll get enough of that from Keller when he sees me playing shepherd to a gaggle of youngins.

Can't wait to see your costume! Still think you should've gone as someone from Moulin Rouge... maybe next year!
