[Kevin's had a long day of avoiding human contact. He's spent time puzzling a little over his encounter with Ali's sister, and wondering about the New Brotherhood, and moping about the fact that he got into another argument with a hot hippie chick at the coffee shop in town over the fact that organic everything isn't always a turn on.

He's happy to slip into his room and dump his jacket and gloves and flop onto his bed. He turns to look at his roommate, John's reading or something. Also avoiding the world at large. It's part of why they're friends.]
