John plays Santa on Christmas morning

John had scored some books from the stafff freebies box and decided to give them away as presents, as they were all in good condition. It was a little cheap to do it that way, but he was still pretty much cleaned out from Kitty's gift. 
He couldn't get anything quite right for Bobby for free, so he and Kitty went halves in a book than John knew the other boy would enjoy.
