"Heading out to fleece some rednecks in pool," Ali was on her tiptoes, humming a little tune to fuel a small beam of light that was illuminating her search through the cupboards. "Come with?"
Bobby raised an eyebrow, envisioning large shears and hillbillies. "Fleecing?"
"She means using her lady-charms to con men out of their money." Jono elaborated from inside the fridge, before abandoning his search and grabbing a spoon for some of Bobby's ice cream. "You should join us, Bobby, I spend half the night talking to random drunks if it's just me and Ali."
"Hey!" Ali emerged from the cupboard she was half inside to point the sole free finger of a hand full of snowballs. "I'm a shark, what can I say." She chucked the cakey delights at Jono.
"You don't want one?"
"Nah, they're yours Jon. It's the coconut," she elaborated, "I don't like it. Not the taste, the texture." She made a face and turned to Bobby, mouth wide, waiting for him to shovel a spoonful of his ice cream into it. "So, you're coming, right?"
